Final Week Stress Management Yoga – Are you feeling some stress and anxiety during the week of your final exams? Did you know a number of studies have shown that yoga may help reduce stress and anxiety? It can also enhance your mood and overall sense of well-being. This yoga led class will be a 45-minute practice of Hatha yoga, which is one of the most common styles of yoga, and beginners may like its slower pace and easier movements. This class is held at a gentler pace and focuses on stretching all areas of your body and breathing, while releasing stress and tension. This practice will be structured to help destress your day, relax your body, and rejuvenate your mood. Please bring your mat with you.
