Netflix Review: The Ranch

Have you ever had to watch an old Western television show and ended up enjoying it? Did you like to watch them suffer and work hard to earn a living? If you’ve ever been in this situation, you might enjoy this modern show with the scenery of out West.

A quick summary: One of the Bennett sons comes back home after the failure of his football career to help on the family ranch ran by his Dad, Mom and brother, Rooster. The family endures divorce, love, children, death and much more throughout the seasons.

My favorite character: Of course, Beau, played by Sam Elliot. He is the father who runs the ranch. He comes off as a tough guy but all in all, he has a heart of gold and would do anything and everything for his friends and family.

Overall rating: 10/10. I think that everyone can connect with this family and their struggles. Every family fights and loves and every person works and struggles with it. There is someone for everyone in this show, with a touch of humor as well.
