Description: Intensive exploration of a major issue, era, author or text, culminating in the writing of a substantial scholarly essay. Writing Instruction in the Disciplines (WID) course.

Hours: 3, repeatable to 6 for different topics

Pre-Requisite: ENG 280, ENG 299 with a grade of C or better, senior standing, or consent of instructor
